The
Answer Page Story
Our business started with six employees providing a 24/7
answering service to customers in Medford, and within the first
year we added paging and cellular services.
The goal was to be a full-service communications company that
offered customers a choice of products and services under one
roof.
Through strong customer relationships and superior service, the
company has enjoyed constant growth to 32 employees, coverage in
Ashland, Grants Pass, Klamath Falls and Bend, and a new building
in 1998 at 3709 Citation Way next to Costco.
The company continues to expand its communications products and
services, including Clearwire, U.S. Cellular, Dish Network,
voice mail and fax services, and order entry.
Answer Page’s growth and success stemmed from Anderberg’s
original philosophy: genuine customer service and a commitment
to the community.
Customer Service.
“We show appreciation for our customers, listen closely to their
needs, and work to meet those needs at a very fair price,” says
Anderberg. “And we stand behind it all the way. Those are the
key elements to our success. We like to think our business
ethics are not situational. You do the right thing regardless of
whether it costs you or not. That’s something people have come
to expect from us.”
Commitment to the Community.
Anderberg believes strongly in participating in the community
that we all call home. Answer Page supports organizations and
nonprofits that help make our area a good place to live, raise
our families and do business in.
Anderberg has been involved and in leadership roles of many
local organizations, including Hearts & Vines, Rotary clubs, The
Chamber of Medford/Jackson County, Red Cross, the American
Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, ACCESS, and the
Rogue Valley Medical Center Rebuild Campaign. Answer Page has
supported local sports teams, youth clubs, Sparrow Club, Youth
for Christ, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, schools and
churches. The company donates both money and time to these
valuable groups.
“We are involved not out of expectation of getting back,”
explains Anderberg. “We do it to contribute something and to be
thankful for what they do. I’ve lived and worked in much larger
communities where you really don’t have that chance or
opportunity to make a difference and you’re sort of lost in the
shuffle. So it’s nice to be involved here in Southern Oregon
where you can participate and in some small way help to make a
difference. We all have a stake in this community.”
In addition to serving as past President and Vice President of
the Chamber, Anderberg also serves on the organization’s Board.
Answer Page has been recognized as New Member of the Year, won
the Small Business Growth Award, and Anderberg was named First
Citizen.
Answer Page constantly works at providing new technology in
communications products and services for our customers. We look
forward to continuing our simple approach to best serving the
customers and the community.
